[Vwdiesel] timing belt tension

Thanks for the refresher course, my belts are to tight
for sure then on both A2 and vanagon.
I can only move them maybe an eight of an inch back
and forth and I hear the SINGing on my van for sure.
Add that to the list for Saturday am jobs.
