Yes.
Occasionally, a mechanic is more than a bag of tools and a person that 
knows what they are used for.  Unfortunately, the current climate of a 
shop existing for nothing more than employing flat rate parts changers 
does not foster much beyond the tool bag. It's quite sad really.
A properly equipped shop is more about the skill of the person doing the 
work, than the tools in the shop.
