[Vwdiesel] Cold Start knob on A1 Rabbit

That had happened on a Rabbit I bought before I bought it... since I didn't
have the other pieces, I just replaced the whole cable.  At that time they
were still available from the dealer - not sure about now.

My cold start knob came off of the push wire.  It appeared to have been some
sort of crimped connection that failed.  Has anybody ran into this?
