[Vwdiesel] 1600 Head Bolts & Water pump sealer?

If the Bolts are Hex Head (Allen) you reuse them.  I don't use anything to
seal the Water Pump, there is an upgraded Water Pump Gasket that is Metal
Clad Rubber, cost a little more than paper but works very well.

I've got my 1600 NA head off (don't know what year.) It was held down by
Allen headed bolts.  Do I replace these bolts when reassembling?  Are they
one time use?

Also, any recommendations for sealing the waterpump housing once I rebuild
it?
