[Vwdiesel] '98 Jetta convesion stick/auto

Rather than put a perfectly good manual transmission out of service, why not find yourself a mk4 TDI with an auto?  Those things are coming out of the woodwork!  I find them all the time on craigslist/ebay/etc.
