[Vwdiesel] A3 TDI feelers

My boss here in Dallas has a 98 Jetta TDI with about 250,000 miles he's 
thinking about selling.  Thought I'd see if anyone has any price 
judgments or interest themselves.  Aside from a lot of wear from being a 
high milage car it seems to run fine except for the engine idle running 
around.  Tends to speed up on its own if there's no load.  He thinks 
it's in the injection pump and I have not even looked at it.  He feels 
it may need a new pump, but I don't know.  Now, if someone knew that I 
just needed to turn screw x23 to fix that, I would be fine with looking 
like a genius in front of my boss :)  He's ready to trade it in or sell 
it no matter what, but I did want to check first if there was an 
interest on the list.
