Common Rail is a very different bird than PD. In PD the injectors are
inside the head and each injector is actually a tiny little injection
pump. In common Rail, you have a single fuel rail that is under full
pressure at all times. It connects to each injector with are fired
electronically. they can actually be pulse fired to inprove
efficiency and to smooth out the engine. Hayden

" Those who are willing to sacrifice Liberty for Security, deserve
neither Liberty nor Security." Ben Franklin
"Dictatorships all have common factors: a government controlled by
one party, a leader who claims to have special powers outside the law
to keep the country "safe", secret prisons where people are locked up
without charges or trial and government opponents are branded as
unpatriotic and charged with aiding the enemy."
