[Vwdiesel] clutch cable

Exactly as Val described. The self adjuster has a rather large black assy,
about 4" long, by 1" in diameter. This sits right as it meets on the
transmission.

However, I, personally, don't like the self adjusting clutches. I have
changed several over to the traditional ones. If you ever let a self
adjusting one extend all the way, it's ruined. And, both myself and a
coworker had taken two apartto figure them out, and still couldn't. Never
did get a fully extended one to releaase, no matter what. Anyone had any
luck?

Tony
