[Vwdiesel] $3.90 diesel

[Bryan Belman]

I just got back from 400 miles to the Outer Banks, NC, OBX
Saw diesel in the Delmarva peninsula going down to Chesapeake bay bridge from mainly 4.19 to 4.05 cheapest.  I only got the 4.19, not lucky enough to time it right for the 4.05 a gal.
