As for the lines between the injectors, you can use the 1/4 air brake line
that they use on the big semi trucks. It works well but is a one time use if
you pull it off don't try to reuse it.

Someone on Ebay has "viton" line reportedly good with bio and other diesel
fuels.  He says it's 3.2mm.  VagCat ETKA says it should be 3.5, I believe.
