  Does the Quantum have that tank?  The A body didn't get it 
until the A2 and Bill's Quantum is the A1 vintage (not sure which 
B series those are).  I'm pretty sure it's the glow plug light that 
the water sensor illuminates rather than the blinking light in the 
water temp gauge.  AFIK that light only blinks when the needle 
gets toward the top or if the coolant is low.
