[Vwdiesel] low rad temp

Well I done some experimenting and have must now modify my theory on the low temp issue with my tdi Jetta.  I messed around with heater settings and did notice that there is an almost immediate change in the temp gauge needle position.  Now that I think about it my observation about coming up to temp after working on the ip corresponded with another experiment I was doing with using a lower heater setting to keep the windshield cooler so that when I parked the snow would not melt and then refreeze.
