[Vwdiesel] Timing belt tensioner

And sometimes you just have little in the way of choice too, so you do, 
and it works or fails.  I have lost a tensioner, but on a VW gasser, 
non-interference motor, there was maybe 1/4 of the belt left when the 
wife drove it in the yard...  It was on it's second belt, about half way 
through. I just change the damn things, not replacing it is saving pence 
and risking pounds.
I've learned too often in the stock car gig that if it might fail, it 
will, and usually with an expensive noise.
