  It's been great.  The car turns over faster than it ever has.  I've 
always wondered just a little about the condition of the battery 
that was in the car.
  You could always do the spare car battery+ a small motorcycle, 
tractor or such battery and an inverter trick to run the block heater
when you're away from 120V.  Once warmed up, all of mine start 
nearly like warm weather, for the day, and it's been single digits 
mostly for a couple weeks now.
