[Vwdiesel] Leaking Jetta

But that's just the thing. I took some clear silicone sealant and
sealed up all around the front windshield seal. Maybe I wasn't clear
enough in my first post. It's indoor/outdoor and even sticks to damp
surfaces. I didn't want to do it, but finally broke down and figured I
was being pretty drastic by sealing up the whole windshield, so I was
REALLY frustrated when that didn't even stop it.

Thanks for the tip about the antenna - I'll look into it. But I think
it comes in a little below the metal brace where I actually *saw* a
drip of water come off.

As far as the plastic - the wires will still carry the water down to
the fuse block, wouldn't they? I had briefly considered trying to set
up something, but didn't think that I would be able to stop water
running down the wires.

Thanks!
Erik
