I think they meant to write "Lombardini" which is an industrial engine 
manufacturer, which does in fact have a two-cylinder 23hp aircooled 
diesel engine on the market.

Lambo pretty much -is- a high end sportscar manufacturer, and I believe 
it's owned at least in part by VW.
