  Didn't we go over how many gallons in a barrel recently and 
it all came down to the "greedy" oil companies making cents 
per gallon in profit?  It's always made into some kind of "crime" 
for the oil companies to make <$.05/gallon but there's no 
outcry about the government "making" a quarter off every 
gallon and that's just Federal.  Local makes roughly another 
quarter.  They don't even do anything to create the product.  
They do what they can to make it difficult in many cases.
