[Vwdiesel] no diesel flow to the injection pump

use a mityvac to pull suction on the return line out of the injection
pump, and it will prime the pump for you. all should be good.
otherwise, pull the top return line banjo bolt and fill the pump with
diesel poured into a funnel with a coffee filter in it.
prime the pump!
