[Vwdiesel] Bentley manual for VW TDI

Where is the best place to get a Bentley manual for a 2003 VW TDI?
Also, I am hoping to start running mostly biodiesel and wanted a recommendation on where I could pickup synthetic replacement injector return lines to avoid the possiblility of leaks from the stock lines. I run B20 regularly as that is what is available in the area. B99+ is coming to town relatively soon, I hope.
