[Vwdiesel] Speedometer

84 Jetta TD, anyone have or know where to get a good working Speedometer or
Instrument Cluster?
 
I've had mine out, works good on the bench turning it with a Drill Motor but
gets stuck on the number nine on the trip meter when installed.  Speedometer
needle jumps around and reads about 15 miles per hour fast.  Tired of using
my GPS for reading speed on the Highway.
