OK, I am tired of having my back seat out and the
carpet up to dry the floor behind driver seat.
I took the entire seal off the frame and clean, moved
the mating gap to a new location when I put it back
on, still leaking pretty good with a good rain.

No, my weep holes in the bottom of the door are not
clogged with junk, I looked there first.

So, water seems to be coming from the inside of the
door panel, the water is not being directed by the
plastic inside the door into the bottom of the
door....
Ah, that explains it, this door handle was ripped off
at one time and there is paint and patch work, so they
did not put the plastic back correctly when they put
the door panel back on, so off it will come for a
look. The pass. side door was never hit, it does NOT
leak a drop.

Thanks, I think I answered my own question here.
