[Vwdiesel] Any good metric nut & bolt source?

I decided my Dasher will wait a bit. I want to get my 1972 Citroen DJX-21 station wagon back on the road, as it hasn't run since 2002. I bought it new in 1972 & I won't part with it. Both my wagon & my 1970 Citroen ID-19 have a late bell housing from a DS-21 engine to easily mount an A/C bracket. The wagon has A/C. However, it looks like Citroen uses some odd sized nuts & bolts. I would like to know if there are any good parts houses that carry a large assortment of metric nuts & bolts at a reasonable price? I am specifically looking for a 9 mm bolt, 1.25 thread pitch, & 25 mm long, 8 of them actually. Locally, none of the auto parts houses or hardware stores carry 9 mm bolts & nuts, on 8 mm, 10 mm & probably other more standard sizes. While I am at it, any non standard metric nuts & bolts I should try & source? I do have a Dasher & Rabbit parts cars. Any such 9 mm bolts on them I could salvage?
