[Vwdiesel] smoking audi diagnosis

The colour of the smoke can be in the eye of the beholder.

When you say "white", I think of truly white (and you should be able to smell the sweet aroma of antifreeze).  That is a water leak (head rebuild - head gasket not sealing).

If you really mean "blue" as in light blue, but with a distinctly "oily" smell, I would suspect that a valve guide seal is not sealing (damaged during installation, or left out).

Fuel leaking from an inector would give you over-rich - BLACK smoke with a smell that will burn your eyes (well, mine anyhow).
