  If you have power AT the glow plugs then power to them 
wouldn't be the problem.  Remove and check or use a test 
light (clip to hot terminal then touch the ends) to see if 
they're working.  If not the bad glow plugs.  If they work 
(test light comes on) then I'd look for an air leak into the 
fuel system.  Good compression and you're looking at no 
glow, no fuel, no air or slow cranking speed.
