  Sounds like some or all of your injectors are shooting a stream.
A little crud must've gotten in there during changing or they 
came that way.  I've had new nozzles that were shipped 
dry and never would shoot right and have seen a couple new 
rebuilds that wouldn't clear up.  Injectors streaming is the 
major cause of disappeared glow plugs, afik.
