[Vwdiesel] Diesel below $3.00

[William Longyard]

It's state governments, through taxes, that are keeping the price of diesel 
high.  It has nothing to do with presidents or the presidential election.  I 
saw diesel at $2.99 in NC today for the first time.  Gas is $2.49 and a good 
bit of that is also state tax.
