[Vwdiesel] Diesel below $3?

On Friday I saw diesel for 2.99 in Suquamish WA, 15 miles west of Seattle.
The Suquamish Tribe owns all three gas stations in Suquamish and their
prices for fuel are always considerable lower than the neighboring towns of
Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo and Kingston.

Saw it for $3.01 at one station in Seattle over the weekend. I don't  
know why it was so cheap there--at most other Seattle stations I've  
seen, it's $3.30 or above.
