A local guy who operates a plastics business out of the trunk of his Jetta
has raised the lower spring seats 2" by removing the shocks and fitting
sleeves of pipe 2" long over them for the seats to rest on. Seems to work
well for him.
The load of tools and supplies stays in the car, so it always looks
level/normal.
Not "jacked up"
