I don't work for a dealership, I just purchased the DVD manuals off of ebay.
But you can also use www.ebahn.com (aka bentley) and a timed account for
$30/3 day to $80/year
or just drop me an email :))
**Note to the rest of you on this list: it's an A4 DVD manual set, if you
need anything
If you've got both the locking pins, it should be pretty easy.
