[Vwdiesel] Diesel Jeep almost done! Just have some questions...

If you only had two working glow plugs, which two cylinders would you put
them on for optimal starting?

Also, the starter kicks out instead of continuesly running. It'll turn the
engine over 1-2 times then pop out and spin. What causes this and can the
starter be rebuilt? (its for a 2.1l Renault Turbodiesel, so the starter is
EXTREMELY hard to find)
