[Vwdiesel] starter changeout

Just assume it does need it.  Run a tap into the bushing, grab the tap, 
and pull out the bushing.  Might be a bit of a test to grip the tap 
securely...  I've heard of using a lag bolt too, but a tap goes in and 
hooks up well, sort of pushes out the bushing on the way in.
