[Vwdiesel] 81 PU Door adjustment

I purchased a used door on EBAY for my truck to replace a rusted and dented
one.  I am having a terrible time aligning the door --- I cant seem to get
rid of the very bad ½ inch door sag.  I can shut the door by putting a lot
of upward pressure on the door, but when I lift up the door in the open
position and then tighten the bolts, it is still out of alignment.  Any
tips?
