[Vwdiesel] Diesel below $3.00

Anchorage is still $4.05-$4.29 for diesel.  I was out teaching biodiesel
classes in salmon-rich Bristol Bay last weekend, and in regional centers
like Dillingham diesel was about $6.50, the surrounding villages I heard
were over $8, and that price will stick until late spring when the next
fuel barges come in.
