[Vwdiesel] More Quantum Questions?

Not to put a kink in this thread but I found it better to order a radiator
through a local radiator shop. The main reason being if they ordered it and
it wasn't the correct one then it was on them and I didn't have to mess with
returns. Also they would warranty it. Not saying that ordering one online is
bad, just with my luck I always seem to get the wrong one. Like my air
filter, ordered what Autohaus.com called for and it was the wrong one, you
would think an air filter for a 91 jetta diesel would be common for 91, but
for some reason I have the odd ball out. So for the bigger items that can
be a pain to return I try to order locally if possible.

Thank you Erik Lane, Tony & Lillie, & Loren for your responses. As to the
radiator, I have already assumed that possibility & have ordered a new
radiator online from www.carpartswholesale.com for $65.71 plus $10.90
shipping. The first two times I ordered I was told they were out of stock &
couldn't get them anymore & tried to switch me to another brand for around
$180 or so. Yet they continued to advertise the $65.71 radiator on eBay.
This time, they filled the order which hasn't arrived yet. They (at their
"800" number) were unable to identify what brand the $65 radiator was or the
$180 radiator was or what the differences in quality were, if any.
