[Vwdiesel] 2000 Jetta TDI fair value?

I'm looking at 2000 Jetta TDI GLS today, with 160,000 kms (new timing belt done), leather, 
sunroof, loaded. Asking price is $10,800 CDN in Victoria, BC. We tend to have the highest 
prices in the country due to very little rust (usually). Just interested in what a fair price would 
be in other parts, and what things I should watch for. It's a 5 speed, and mechanic owned.
