[Vwdiesel] 2000 Jetta TDI fair value

By Calif. price standards, a 2000 Jetta TDI with slightly under 100,000 miles for $10,000(US) would probably be a good price, assuming the car is in good condition. However, I feel the inflated prices used TDI's are currently going to take a big hit once the new 2009 TDI Jetta's & other fuel efficient cars become readily available. Name me any other mass produced 8 to 10 year old car other than a Prius, TDI, & Insight with 100,000 miles that is bringing 1/2 to 3/4th of its new MSRP. I think the TDI, Prius, & Insight will continue to bring higher than average prices, but not the inflated prices they currently do, a year from now.
