[Vwdiesel] Well, I guess this confirms it, internal head gasket leak

I've seen radiator pinhols with such a fine spray you just can't see it.  Only way to find it is to create a "marker" or feel around with the back of your hand.  A piece of cardboard can serve as a good marker--you'll see it getting wetted when you can't see the spray itself.  Sometimes light at just the right angle to your viewpoint also will disclose the spray.

Just a thought, before you pull the head.
Small radiator leaks often won't leave a puddle under the car because the
heat of the radiator will evaporate the water.
The colder it gets (and lower humidity) the harder it gets to find since the
heat has an easier time evporating the leak.
