[Vwdiesel] vibration

Most rearview mirrors have a tiny Alan Head screw in their mounting arrangement that might be loose, causing the shaking.  I'd look for that and see if it can be tightened.

I have a vibration on the rear view mirror that makes everything look
blurry.

The side mirrors are fine.

What adjustment can I make to take the vibration out of the rear view
