[Vwdiesel] MK4 Hazard switch/turn signal issues

On the MK4's, the hazzard switches are interchangable between the New
Beetles and the MK4 Golf/Jetta. Just the snap on face is different. So, when
shopping, find the cheaper one, and use your old piece. It simply snaps in
place. Done this at least 100 times on customer cars.
