I'm sorry for your troubles, but I'm actually a little glad to hear
that the electronic version has issues.

I've always wanted to get the electronic version, just for whizz-bang,
I guess, but I could never justify the extra cost. I have a print
version of every Bentley that I personally need. It makes me less
envious of those of you who have the fancy electronic version.

But I'm sincerely sorry that it has been a bad experience for you!!
