Yes, but as I remember you have to remove the unit to disconnect it via the
plug connection.  They work good when working correctly but are a problem
when not.

So if it's blinking because water has completed the circuit,  then
disconnecting the wire should make the light stop blinking.
right?  (if only for test purposes)
