  A variation that might work would be something like the Audi 
special tool.  Basically it's like a breaker bar and socket on the 
bolt, braced against the body (you may need to use a bar or such)
leave a little slack between the tool and the bar then WHACK!  Hit 
it with the starter and let IT break it loose!  Just make sure to 
have it on the correct side so it loosens instead of tightens.
