[Vwdiesel] hydraulic lifters

The cam followers cost around ten bucks each.
Just toss it. It is very uncommon to fail pumped up, but it can happen.
I had one fail similarly, sounded like the injector was done, and had no 
compression.  Intake follower collapsed, made tick tick noise, not too 
bad, but enough to not open the intake valve.
