How difficult is it to reseal the injection pump for my 1982 Quantum turbodiesel? I see some seal kits for sale on eBay for around $18 to $24. What special tools do I need? Who sells them? Cost? Who sells the best quality seals, not the cheapest unless of equal quality? Does someone have a good rebuilt IP for my Quantum for sale reasonably? What pumps are interchangeable with my Quantum TD?
