Well, I replaced the window motor, which fixed the problem with the window and the door lock not working.  (There is a master controller built into the motor, and the door lock gets its power from that as well.)  CarQuest was able to sell me a remanufactured motor/controller for a little over $100.  That compared to $290 (dealer) $330 (online parts store) for a new one.

In addition, I took the battery in and got it swapped on warranty under "customer satisfaction" just in case it was the problem.  They put it on their charger and charged and tested it, and it tested fine, but my little charger's trouble light would always come on whenever connected to that battery so I wasn't convinced.  I was happy they were willing to swap it just to make sure I was happy.  That was O'Reily's.

Since those were the two suspect components, hopefully one of them took care of the battery drain!  If nothing else, it should have eliminated a couple possibilities I guess.
