[Vwdiesel] 1998 tdi no start

We only got about 4 inches here in Loveland.  It was really slick this  
morning though.  I was planning to drive the Rabbit to work today, but  
decided to let it hibernate in the nice warm garage and take the TDI!

Before you check anything, check Relay 109.  Your symptoms are of that  
relay failing.  They only cost around $10 online, and I'm just about  
certain that's the problem.  It causes more baffling TDI non-starts  
than just about anything.
