[Vwdiesel] Ja. 2009 fuel prices

Same-station price spread is down to $.50 locally. $2.09 diesel is the 
cheapest around, with $1.60 RUG/$1.80 PUG at the same station. Most are 
$2.19 around here, though some of the smaller, low-volume stations are 
still as high as $2.75. That's my usual meter of whether or not the fuel 
is good quality, if a place is significantly higher than others these 
days they're probably a very low volume seller... = Not Good Diesel.
