[Vwdiesel] 95 Jetta TD Fuse panel wiring

I'm an old fart too (next bday the big 7-oh) just impatient about not being able to have a roadable vehicle because of VW scrimping on $10 worth of better wiring.  I'd trade it in for the $4500 federal giveaway except it doesn't qualify.
