[Vwdiesel] Brakes 91 Jetta pedal to floor-don't buy used.

I agree, it's the master cylinder(the part the fluid reservoir is attached to)
But don't buy a used one, I had the exact same problem on my 91 Jetta a couple years ago, and I went through two used ones that had the same problem a week or two after I installed them, from either sitting too long, or just happened to be defective when the car was put in the wrecking yard.One of them was from a 97 golf
It only cost me, between $60-70 for the new part.
