[Vwdiesel] Head gasket thickness & compression levels

All else being equal, higher compression should equal higher efficiency, or
so says the theory.
Re: gasket thickness, if I remember how to do math and the numbers I've
googled are accurate, a 1.6 should go from 23:1 CR to about 22.4 if you add
.1 mm of gasket thickness, which is supposedly what each notch represents.
